PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, a tracking link will be included in that email.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Times may vary due to carrier workloads, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.


TRACKING

Where a tracking service is available, your tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have not received your dispatch confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or local taxes that may apply once the order reaches the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. We are unable to predict or cover these costs on your behalf.

We are required by law to declare the full value of all orders on customs documentation.


INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur with carriers. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us via the Contact page with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
