Returns Policy

RETURN WINDOW

We accept return requests made within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.


ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Free from any damage caused after delivery

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt. Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be declined and sent back at the customer's expense.


HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us via the Contact page. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 working days with instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we may be unable to process unrequested returns.


RETURN POSTAGE

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take a further 3–5 working days to appear in your account.


FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us via the Contact page as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the issue where possible.

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference and stock availability.
